Refund policy

Returns — your 30-day risk-free trial

You have 30 days from the date you receive your petTracer to decide if it's right for you and your cat. During this period, set it up and use it normally. If you're not happy with it, notify us within 30 days at support@pettracer.com and we'll provide a return address. We'll refund the full amount paid, including both the hardware and any Membership purchased with that order.

You're responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Separately from the 30-day trial above, if you're resident in the UK or EU you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under consumer protection law. This right doesn't stack with the 30-day trial, it runs alongside it. To use it, notify us within 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days. Under this right, the item must be returned in resellable condition.

Warranty

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, expendable materials or accessories including batteries and the adjustment band, or defects caused by not following the operating instructions, unauthorised modification, or unauthorised opening of the device. Warranty claims can be processed in the country where the item was originally purchased. Warranty rights belong to the original purchaser and aren't transferable.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland. If you're resident in the UK or EU, your own local consumer protection law also applies and isn't affected by this.
